Spa Reservation Policy

A credit card guarantee is required for booking a spa in Azerbaijan. Notify us if you intend to use a Gift Certificate when making your reservation.

Weekend spa reservations mandate a $60 non-refundable deposit. per servicePlease note that a deposit is required 48 hours before your scheduled visit to the spa in Azerbaijan, which will be deducted from your service fee. In case of any cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee equivalent to the total cost of the reserved services will be charged.

For weekday reservations (Tuesday - Friday), please note that any no-shows, cancellations, or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a cancellation fee. This fee will be equivalent to the total cost of the booked services.

To secure a 100-minute spa reservation in Azerbaijan, a $120 deposit per person is required upon booking, subtracted from the total service cost. As these services need ample time, we have limited flexibility for last-minute changes. Your understanding in respecting the allocated relaxation time is valued.

Important Notice:

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your Spa Del Rio appointment in Azerbaijan to ensure full service. Latecomers risk shorter treatment times due to our punctuality policy. Unfortunately, we cannot adjust for traffic delays. Plan extra travel time for a stress-free visit and thank you for your cooperation.
